TenderLand Foundation

TenderLand Power Company, Inc. will make a contribution on at least an annual basis from its revenue or profits as determined by its Board of Directors to the TenderLand Foundation. The TenderLand Foundation is a non-profit, public charitable organization formed by stakeholders in TenderLand Power Company, Inc. to make regular contributions to charitable and public benefit causes operating in the communities served by TenderLand Power Company, Inc. The focus of the grants made by the TenderLand Foundation shall be in the areas of the environment, education and the arts.
